Packing List

This is a general guide of the things you will need for your Wilpena Womens Weekend Retreat.

  • [] Quick drying pants and shorts for hiking

    [] Long sleeved light-weight shirts for hiking x 3

    [] Rain Coat and Rain pants

    [] Yoga outfits x 3

    [] Casual evening outfit/s for restaurant

    [] Thermals (or other warm PJ’s)

    [] Down / polarfleece/ woollen/ super-warm jumper x 2 (ideally not cotton, as this won’t keep you warm if it gets wet)

    [] Underwear and socks, including 3pairs hiking socks

    [] Campsite comfortable shoes

    [] Hiking boots (ideally rigid-sole hiking shoes, not just “sneakers”)

    [] Swimsuit for the resort pool (unheated. Definitely Optional!)

  • [] Toothbrush

    [] Toothpaste

    [] Shampoo + conditioner if desired

    [] Soap

    [] Personal medication

    [] Small personal first aid kit

    [] Sunscreen

    [] Insect Repellent

    [] Period Products if required (spares will be provided)

    [] Lightweight gloves

    [] Slippers for your tent (optional)

    [] Headtorch + spare batteries

    [] Hiking poles (optional but recommended)

    [] Whistle

    [] Emergency space blanket

    [] Yoga Mat (can be hired if needed)

    [] 2 x 1litre (or equivalent) filled waterbottles
